dance floor totally recoments buying loads of garlic puree from sainsburies... at 60p a tube you cannot go wrong.  Load it into every meal you cook.. and it better than standard garlic... as it is easier for us all to digest.. but we all get the benefits of eating garlic.

The ultimate in walking accessory.. Sector 9 scate boards, are the ultimate way of having fun and getting about.  Just about to go and photograph the best place to try them out ... a nice little slope in Queen's Park.  Then I'll get round to updating my behind times product design website.

Cold melt glue guns are perfect for model making.  This is incomparison to hot melt glue guns which cause all sorts of sticky situations.

Nobody should be without a dremmel to modify any fine details in there models.

not the best photograph of the red bridge in the world... but I have been meaning to take a photo for while.. guess one has to start somewhere.  The bridge is on the main road between Kensal Green and Shepard's Bush.. so one is usually driving past, and one doesn't get the chance to enjoy the views... or inspect the paint work!
